Cannot make connection to wifi network. Errorcode 0200.

Just got a new FR 945 and have setup wifi.... did this through garmin express, garmin connect and the device itself and all find my network and then say  “connection made”.

But when I try to sync through wifi it searches for about a minuut for wifi networks and then gives an errormessage “Cannot make connection to wifi network. Errorcode 0200.”

Does somebody know this error code or have any suggestions to fix this?

    Ugh... happening to me too! I've spent over an hour trying to connect, it seems to be a whole system error for the FR 945 and others and Garmin is "working on it" .

  • The update to the 3.15 beta version solves this problem

  • I just did indeed manualy enter the wifi password en now it works to download music from spotify

    I was having the exact same issue on my FR 245 music. Entering the password manually finally fixed it, after trying both via the garmin connect on the phone and the garmin express on pc.

    I had the same problem (Error 0105,0200 etc). I removed the wifi password, made it an open network. Ensure your router or hotspot is in 802.11g (2.4 Ghz). And it connected successfully

    hi guys, spent the whole day trying t synch up my FR 945....tried everything... even hard reset...

    the only way I was able to synch was to use 2.4GHZ but mode 802.11g (g mode) not b/g/n
    after that change on my router, the 945 was able to synch via wifi and also able to synch spotify playlists....

  • hi i have fenix 6x pro and was getting the same error message when trying to download spotify playlists. I manually put in password and even then i got the 0200 eircode when i went to download but then if you go straight to you phone go to garmin connect- devices-click on sync now it then seems to work. terrible workaround but it seems to work at least
