Firmware 2.80 doesn't available

I try to upgrade my garmin 945 to firmware 2.80, but neither on the Watch nor on Garmin Express.

What I am doing wrong?

If you bought it through amazon in the US and it is listed as APAC, I would contact amazon for a refund. They should not be selling APAC devices in the US. You can tell if it is an APAC device by the PN…

Out of interest, if you have an APAC device, can you apply the beta firmware to it? Are there any checks to prevent it from upgrading after the GCD file is put in the Garmin directory?
