Ant+ connection Unstable problem

I purchased fr945 through Garmin Korea (Korean version)
The firmware has been updated from 2.4 to 2.6, but the ANT + connection is still unstable.
Both RD POD & HRM-RUN are disconnected randomly while I am running.
Often I think that the hardware is normal because sometimes I work normally until I finish my workout. (The conclusion is a software error)

  • You are using HRM-Run and RD Pod together, or you have a same problem using HRM-Run or RD Pod?

  • The RD-POD connection was unstable at first use 945, so I tested it with HRM-RUN (replace with new battery, 630 bundle), but the same problem occurred.
    Right now I am only using RD-POD.

    I have exactly the same issue. I tried to connect my FR945 with Hrm Run (red one). It connects and disconnects continously. Connecting with Hrm Swim is also facing problems. At the end of my swim session i have to try several times to connect them and download the stored data. Finaly i have the same problem (connect and disconect during cycling session) with my Tacx trainer. With my previous watches 920xt and FR 935 i never had such issues. Not to mention  that the connection between my FR945 and my mobile is horrible. 

  • you tried to switch off the watch before?

    what Firmware? mean, gone something wrong during firmware update?

    what versions do you have on the watch?

    I turned my watch on and off several times, my mobile the samethe result is always the same. 

    Now using 2.64 Beta. The same issues with oficial 2.50

    both version coming with Beta 2.64? EDITH: seems so, cause you have CIQ3.1.0

    i haven't any probs with official 2.50, i use Tacx Neo2 but cadence only, Vector 3 and HRM-Run on my indoor training sessions, the rest of Tacx Neo2 is connected to Zwift with Vector 3 and no probs.
    HRM-Run only with running an strenght training, no probs
    Outdoor cycling with HRM Run and Vector 3 no probs at all

    In your case i think a Watch Reset make sense (i hate this option), if you have the same probs again try to replace the watch with contact local Garmin Support

    EDITH2: or try to contact Garmin Beta Team, now you have the option, cause of the installation!

    I had the exact same problem.  My HRM and footpod dropped out randomly but synchronized. I got a replacement from garmin which fixed all problems
