I'm not sure this is completely true. Garmin may decide what retailers get first shot at selling the 945, but I believe the retailor is setting the price. I bought mine from HeartRateMonitorsUSA for $540 after doing an Internet search for a 10% discount code. I also got "2700 points" added to my account for future purchases. Each 100 is $10 off. %$&§¿#&@ this forum. It just took 20 attempts to post this!
