Got response from Clever Training UK sales saying that "We are expecting to receive Garmin stock in to our warehouse by the end of this week and will begin dispatching orders week commencing 13[SUP]th[/SUP] May. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification to advise of this along with any relevant tracking information."
My 945 from Clever Training US is slated to arrive on Saturday. I'll have it for a whole week before my HM on the 19th. Last Garmin I preordered (645) arrived 3 days before a full marathon and I used it anyway.
Mine was shipped about 10 days earlier then first expected, so hopefully it will be the same for the rest of you. Mine was delivered at 5PM yesterday. Five hrs earlier I was at the Urgent Care Clinic after rolling my ankle at work. My 945 is still in it's box sitting on my desk while my ankle is in a brace. :mad:
Interesting... I also have a fractured ankle and am waiting to come out of brace so my 945 will not be very useful for a while. I'm seeing a trend here: Early 945 buyers = injuried. I wonder if it psychological - I can't run and I miss running so much so I'll drop a bunch of money on a running watch I can't use.
