sorry about that.did you try local customer support? I managed to smash my first watch screen to bits (fell with a bike). Not covered by warranty anymore but got a replacement for much less then the value in the shops.

Sorry for my late reply. Well, I got mine from Garmin online so I am not sure bringing it to any store would fix the issue. I have been busy dealing with my mother's situation in rehab so it just sits at my bookshelf now. I remember there was an article about fix this swimming issue but I can't find it anywhere now. I don't know what to do.
