After the big update with training readiness/ hrv etc my v02max and race predictions dropped and haven't changed

I even got a 255s and still didn't fix it. I ran a 10k in 35 and a 5k in 16 but it says 18 mins and my v02 will not go up at all from 65. I've had it at 68 last year and I feel fitter than 65 right now.

Never get productive anymore either yet ny easy pace is faster now and my intervals
