I use Bose sound free. When I connect the watch to headphones I get sound. I already have a subscription with Napster so I don’t want to use another music app. My phone is iPhone 12 Pro.
What signatures are you referring too? I use the Bose Soundsport Free's and I'm not having any issues. Android Samsung S20 Ultra and a LG V30 prior to that.
Yes, exactly. The issue is to get the audio prompt on (from) the phone (which could be relayed to the headset).
Headset connected directly to watch works.
My Fr645 connected to to phone works.
But I cannot get audio prompts from my Fr745, main watch, connected to my phone, and without any other issue regarding sync, heart rate transmission,...
Do anybody can get the audio prompts on the phone? Thanks to try or comment.
I have the same issue with a FR745 and an iPhone 12 Pro. I chat'ed with tech support and they said there was already an open ticket with a few users attached to it. They had me send a diagnostic log, pics of watch settings and screen shots of garmin connect settings and added it to the ticket.
If you are experiencing the same issue please contact support so they know you have this issue. Maybe if a larger number of folks are added to the ticket it will bump up the priority as it appears to have been going on for a while now.
