Audio prompt issues

I cannot get any audio prompts during activities on phone or earphones.
Worked well with 645 on same iPhone (X) and AirPods ..:(

Any one face(d) the same issue?

I wonder how it is possible that Garmin hasn't fixed the problem yet ♂️. He always replies that it is the iPhone's fault. ‍♂️

It is not the Phone's fault, as I have a Fr 645, and the audio prompt still work well on the same phone...

Me it is on iPhone X. Not sure if that is related to iPhones only?

other models worked fine 945/edge 530 on my iphone, it is the 745 issue. does t work on Android?

That is a very valid question, now that we established that issue on all our iPhones!
