I keep doing the suggested workouts. My training status goes from productive to maintaining to unproductive why if I'm doing suggested workouts would it go to unproductive. Should I just ignore it and go with how my body feels? Is it accurate?

You should always go with how your body feels above anything else.
Might not be doing anything wrong. I get unproductive if I’m training a lot more than the previous week. I keep an eye on training status, don’t want it in the red.
schedule in a rest day as needed and remember it’s week to week or longer transitions, don’t worry too much about day to day. (I know easier said than done!)
