Up button not responding...

I love my forerunner 735xt but now the up button stopped it from working. I have hard reset it several times and it still doesn't respond when you push it in. I don't really know what else to do. I hope that someone can help me and either fix it or just tell me it's broken and it can't be fixed. Thanks I'm advance.

I had to do this twice as the first time I guess it wasn't warm enough, but my kettle boils to 70C and this seemed to work on the 2nd occasion.
