Hi, everyone. I don't understand if it's a firmware problem or the watch software is broken, but I bought the watch 2 days ago and I have several problems with the touch. I updated it to the latest firmware and restarted it several times, but it continues to give me this problem: when I try to slide from bottom to top, the watch starts to randomly open the various subsections, for example steps, heart rate and starts to go forward and backward, to automatically scroll through the menus. This also happens if I press the top right button of the activities and if I start to scroll through the sections, the watch does everything by itself and goes forward until it auto-selects the run, then goes back to edit, then adds a random activity. To prevent it from continuing to go crazy I press the bottom right button to return to the main screen. It also happens when I hold down the center left button and try to change the dial. The watch starts selecting and deselecting dials at random. I also happened to try to start an activity and the watch gets stuck without going forward to start the activity and does not allow me to return to the main screen of the watch, not even through the button on the bottom right.
