I just did a long run this morning using the device. My battery was about 95%. Upon completing the run, my battery was down to about 60% I then noticed that the watch screen had gone dark but I still saw the sensors on the bottom still blinking. I could't seem to bring back the home screen so I did a reset on the watch.
The watch successfully restarted but then was having trouble syncing to bluetooth to my phone. Then it went through several processes of restarting over and over again on its own. I had enough time at some point to just go in and do a complete factory default reset to the watch. I then went through the steps of re adding my watch to the Connect App. The phone had trouble recognizing the watch but it eventually got there and added the device. I then tried to do a sync in both the Connect+ and the Garmin app. The watch could not sync but the phone was showing it was connecting to the watch.
I tried a couple times to modify bluetooth settings on watch and phone without success. I then decided that maybe I should try recharging the watch. I pugged it in and walked away. When I came back to check, the watch was completely dead. I could not turn it on and upon trying to plug it back in and out there was no recognition of charging indicators.
So in short, is that it for the device or is there anything else I could do to try to get it back at this point?
