Connect IQ can't find my FF55

Even thou watch is visible and connected via Garmin Connected app. This is a common issue but I haven't find a solution even reinstalling all the apps and reconnecting again.

Does anyone found a solution?

  • Same issue here with the Forerunner 55, currently running software version 11.02. No problems with Garmin Connect, but I can’t get the IQ app on the iPhone to see the watch.

  • I also have a Forerunner 55 and although I have not had the need to connect to it with the ConnectIQ app, I now see that I have the same issue. My FR 55's software version is on 11.01 and the latest versions of the Garmin Connect app and ConnectIQ app. I too am using an iPhone.

    I hope that the Garmin developers take note of this issue, but I am not hopeful given their track record.
