I am trying to use my watch but keep getting installation updates every 5 minutes, making it impossible to use.

When connecting to Garmin Express this is the update information:

    I am sorry to read that, but glad to see that you reached out to Product Support! If anyone else experiences the constant updates, please try the following: 

    1. Power the watch off/on
    2. If you have access to a computer, try syncing and checking for updates with Garmin Express. Unplug the device and install the update again if you see a prompt.
    3. If that does not work, plug the watch back in and locate the Garmin Drive. Open the Garmin Folder and delete a GUPDATE file and Remote SW folder. Check for updates once more with Garmin Express.
