"Time in Heart Rate Zones" for Activity blank

Hello, I am very new to Garmin and the 55 (ie this is my first day and recorded activity). When reviewing the activity within Garmin Connect, the time in heart rate zone is all zeros (see image). When I check my watch for the activity, the HR zones all show 0:00. Any ideas what went wrong? The activity was just a standard "Run" activity.

I haven't changed any zone data, all are default:

Maybe you had it too loose on your wrist? Did you checked before you started running that it showed any heart rate?

Yeah, it was fine and read and recorded my HR correctly. If I go into my HR on the app it shows it correctly and has actually color coded it correctly, however in the Time in Zone its blank.

I've reset the values to default even though they haven't changed, but haven't tested it out yet.

Sorry I don't remember exactly as I was testing a FR245 and ended up keeping that, instead of the 55. However, I do know I got the Fr55 to work properly. I think what fixed it was to reset the zones to default, even though in theory they were to begin with.

Thank you, I managed to get mine to work well, apart from resetting the zones, I also re-entered my weight and height just in case.
