Corrupted .fit files that won't upload to Garmin Connect/Express

Hey there--similar issues to others here where my last few activities are apparently "corrupt" and cannot be uploaded to Garmin Express/Connect. They are attached.

Is there any way to prevent this in the future? Don't want to constantly have to manually fix them...

hi,

one corrupted data record each

check your activity folder for too many fit files

or check your free memory on your watch

when too many or too low free memory, time for a backup/clean operation

Greetings -- seeking your help with this corrupt file. The files appear to go sour as soon as I have 7 or 8 activities on my watch. Many thanks always.
