What's the difference between Daily Suggested Workouts and the Run Coach? They both train you for a particular event (i.e. marathon in my case) for a target time.
I have used both in the past and unclear what the difference is really. Garmin do you have a comparison page to compare the two features against one another and which is best suited to who? I've read up on separate pages the features of both and the wording suggests they are essentially the same.
I am also aware that the new Garmin update advertises strength training, and from the wording it appears to only apply to the Garmin coach and not the DSW. Is that correct?
I currently have a full marathon (and a half) later in the year and have added these events to my watch with targets. Currently I have been using the DSW for them but thinking of switching to the Coach if that includes strength training, but its made me realise I've never really understood the main difference between the two training guides in the first place.
