Check your 4 week VO2 max graph. Do you have at least 2 VO2 max values for the past two weeks? Without that it can't show a trend.
You only get VO2 max values from running outdoors. And cycling with a power meter but you don't cycle.
walking activity also triggers changes in VO2 max
that's why my VO2 max went insanely high when the watch HR sensor stuck in an unrealistic low value for about half an hour
now I have a VO2 max of a 20 years old Olympian triathlete, lol
it did not happen to me either, still, the VO2 max just went up to the roof
