Hi everyone. I’m just curious why my Vo2 Max is on no trend despite running and training everyday this week? What’s the reason it would sit on no trend? I tried to find the answer but no luck
Check your 4 week VO2 max graph. Do you have at least 2 VO2 max values for the past two weeks? Without that it can't show a trend.
You only get VO2 max values from running outdoors. And cycling with a power meter but you don't cycle.
