Heart rate suddenly drop at FR265

i bought this FR265 about 4 months ago to replace the old FR935. My old FR 935 still working normally, not having any issue but i have this problem with FR 265. it happen almost everytime during my treadmill session, my heart rate drop for no reason. the next day i try wearing the FR935 and Garmin instinct with the same speed and time and it working normal.

I have the same issue on my Vivoactive 4S using the Treadmill app. It only started happening about 10 days ago - HR of about 90 BPM on my Garmin whereas 160+ when using a Polar chest mounted monitor or the hand bars on the treadmill. Today I stopped using the Treadmill app in the middle of my run and switched to Strength and my HR shot up to the expected range so it's not a sensor issue but seemingly to do with the Treadmill app software itself.

Just now, it happen on my EPIX PRO Gen 2. Its about 2 minutes, my heartbeat drop to 116. Normally 155-157 during treadmill session. I hope they are aware about this issue and fix it asap.
