Touch screen Works on its own

Forerunner 265 , Touch screen is working on its own and draining the battery.

If i disable the Touch option, the watch is working good.

Does powering the watch off/on make a difference? I didn't notice this from the video, but do you have a screen protector?

May I have permission to reach out via email so I can gather a couple of more details?

There is no screen protector

Also, switching on/off, master reset does not make any difference.

Hi, there was no solution for this... you can turn off the touch screen option and continue using...

Or you can request for replacement from garmin.

No other option worked for us...
