Monthly Wellness Report not delivered.

I did not get my monthly wellness report for January 2026.  A Ticket was raised and sits with 'Rachael'.  I have bumped that ticket several times to get the corporate reply of, 'We are investigating please be patient with us'.

21 days of asking and of being patient.

Anyone else not getting their monthly wellness reports?

I am aggressively stats driven.  Nothing feels better that get one up on yourself, as you improve your fitness etc.

This is why I first bought a fitness tracker.

Firstly it was a Polar, a MyZone then a series of ever failing Fitbits and finally 'when the last Fitbit failed me on a 1/2 marathon, even though it was fully charged, it just shut down and I could not reboot it' and that was how i came to own a Garmin Forerunner 245 and now a Forerunner 255 with the HRM pro negating the MyZone.

Yet, here I am back at 'FitBit' levels of frustration that I am not getting data, data that motivates me, and Rachael keeps on telling me to, 'Please be patient, we are working on it''

Don't just work on it!  

FIX IT!
