My heart rate is sometimes very weird. When I'm doing a run my heart rate is fine, but when I then stop for a moment and pause the workout (f.e. red light) and then start again my heart rate is way higher then before and I'm doing the exact same effort and pace as before. When I then stop and start again the heart rate is back to normal.
When I also compare with the chest strap when cycling the heart rate on my watch is at least 10 bpm lower then what the chest strap says.
Does anyone else have the same issue or knows how to fix it?
