Scenario here is I'm a runner, My training status, vo2max etc is based on running outside and has been for years.
Recently I've started doing more in the gym and using the Concept 2 Ergbike for 30 mins gentle base or a blast after a weight season.
I use the Ergdata app to send the log to Garmin Connect. Same for row and ski.
This worked fine for the few months. No impact on running or training status.
A few days ago I mistakenly added an FTP value manually (clearly junk) playing in the menu.
Now my training status is unproductive, vo2max is dropping (cycling) and nothing useful out of it.
There seems to be no way to delete this junk FTP value?
How can I stop it tracking indoor cycling whilst still logging it for my own purposes? I'm never going to cycle outdoors, or even go hard indoors so I don't need it.
What options have I got now for this destroyed training status going forward? Can I delete or clear that value? It's was fine before I mistakenly added one.
Fwiw the Ergbike does have a calibrated power meter although the app doesn't send this to connect.
