Worst ever HRV bug

This is the worst I've ever seen this bug. It's followed me from Instinct 2s via 255s to 255s Music.

This was the morning of August 23, 2025.

The average line is way above the graph. The average was deemed by the watch to be 36 and the highest 5 minute period to be 33. This, I don't think can be explained by any meaningful "rounding from things you don't see on the graph".

Could Garmin please fix this?

It tends to happen when HRV goes down after a period when higher HRV. So it often happens when I don't get enough sleep. It's like there's something in the system that corrects for the values Garmin deems wrong based on my history. Dunno if that's anywhere near the truth, but it makes me wonder...

An earlier thread on this problem. And I'm not the only one, and not the only watch that experiences this.
