Hi. Just got a new 255. Love it.
I can use it to track my runs etc but i do a daily HIIT that isnt a Garmin HIIT. How do i get the 255 to track my activity when doing the 20 min HIIT?
I dont want to set up a Garmin HIIT activity.

I have a general purpose activity for doing stuff indoors in the gym. I made a copy of "other", and called it "gym". It has GPS disabled, but tracks heart rate and steps.

Hold the settings button, and scroll down to activities and apps. Press start button. Locate tte "other" activity, and select with start button. Scroll down to copy.
