I have used the favourite option to show RUNNING app

Question

I have made it show the RUNNING app show in the Favourite but cannot access the other apps using the button on the left or right hand side of the watch.
Can you tell how I can access the other apps on my watch please ?

So from the watchface if you press the top right don't you get a list of activities? 
 You go to the bottom using right lower button , choose the "plus" "+" sign(under RUN in your case) and then it should show a list of othere activities to add to favourites
