Delete personalized workouts FR255

Hi all, is it possible to delete all the personalized workouts in one shot, or need to delete one by one on FR255?

I have created in the last months a lot of personalized workouts (more than 50) and I would like to delete them.

It's possible to delete in one shot the activities (in History) but what about the personalized workouts?

Connect to PC/MAc and delete from the device Drive

Thanks but what do you mean as "delete from the device drive"? I have my Garmin Connect app in italian and I can't find this.

BTW, I meant delete workouts directly on the watch, not PC

When you connect the watch to a computer by cable, it comes up as a storage unit, and you can access the files on the watch directly.
