Since some days the Connect app (the current version 5,1,13 , and also the former one 5.1) has problems to load the device.
This happens to my wife's watch (a FR 255) also
The bluetooth is enabled and it's working!
We already have removed the App from our phones and reinstalled it.
Further we also have unpaired the watch and paired it again.
I also reset my watch and installed new
.
My internet connection currently has a speed from 350Mbit. So it can't be that my net is to slow.
I'm in Southeast Asia and a friend of mine, living in Germany told me that there is a problem to sync the sleep data during the sync process.
I wrote a message to the Garmin Support but I didn't get an answer.
Please don't answer to this post if you wanna give me the standard answer from the Garmin level one support.
I already did all this steps.
The last and only possibility is that there is an issue with Garmin server!
And please don't gaslight me that the mistake, or issue is with me, because all of that happened while I had changed nothing. And I'm with this tool/ app since more than 3 years.
My watch is a FR 255 music and when I sync the watch via WIFI the connect dashboard in the browser receives the data in time...
So what is the issue??
