Mobility-widget

I'm one of the elder Garmin user and I regret not to listen to my tutors 15, 18 years ago, to make more mobility and stability. I would appreciate a widget for the Forerunner 255 which is used for mobility.

Well, in Garmin Connect, under Workouts from the Training and Planning tab, the activity called "Mobility" can be made. Different moves can be selected and used or maybe like in the strength widget to…

What is your thoughts about what a mobility widget should provide?

Well, in Garmin Connect, under Workouts from the Training and Planning tab, the activity called "Mobility" can be made. Different moves can be selected and used or maybe like in the strength widget to use "free" training.

There is an activity called yoga that is quite close to what you suggest.
