- Prior to update 23.20, my 255 would dump the WHR and BMX drivers and would show 0.00.00. Phone connectivity was not an issue but I could not get the drivers to come back and stay despite multiple attempts to re-download the software and connecting to garmin express
- Update 23.20 comes and voíla, my sensor is working again, the WHR driver has gone from (when it was working) 19.05 to 20.06. So I have the sensor back.
- Within 30 minutes of the update and sensor rejuvenation, it cannot connect to my phone and is waiting for data. I tried disabling and re-enabling the BT. I tried restarting my phone. I even tried staring at it and hoping. It did not reconnect. However, restarting the watch allows it to reconnect to the phone, while simultaneously zeroing out the WHR and BMX drivers. I just can't win.
