Recovery heart rate

Hi all, is the "Recovery heart rate" metric stored in the watch for a specific activity?

I can't see it anywhere. I was seeing today at the end of my activity the value as "30"............ but not stored in the watch?

Is there anyone who knows what is the acceptable range for that metrics? "30" is good or not?

You can find more info here. It's an old metric on Garmin Watch, now there are more informative ones like TE, TL, HRV, etc.
