Battery drops from 20% to 0%

Hi,

The battery of my Forerunner 255 Music drops systematically at 20% to 0% for a few weeks and shutdown. Battery works fine until 20% and this drop.

A hard reset doesn't fix the problem. I have firmware version 22.24 but I had this issue with the previous one too.

Does someone has the same issue ? How could it be fixed ?

I doubt this can be fixed other than how you manage your charging. This is a result of age and the number of charges your battery has gone through. You probably want to get into the habit of not letting it get to 20%. To give you an example electric car companies tell their customers to not let the battery go below 20% unless they can't help it and some even say only charge it to 80% if you can - this is all about battery management.
