Recovery time notification on FR255

Hello everyone,

today I received an unexpected notification on my FR255 about the recovery time that I improved thanks to last night's sleep, do you know if there is a way to review this notification? I can't find it anywhere.

That's strange as I read somewhere that the FR255 should not send these notifications about the recovery time.... instead I really received it! Did it happen to you too? thanks

Enter the training status glance, and scroll to the recovery page. Then click the top right button to find insight about your recovery.

Thank you ovekvam but the insight I can see on the watch from training status glance is not the same as that one I got yesterday.

The message was longer text and I needed to scroll it on the watch. So I was curious to retrieve it and read it better (yesterday I was driving and I did not read carefully).

It changes with time. If you had visited the glance yesterday, it would probably be the same as the popup message.
