Pairing issue

I'm facing problem in pairing my Garmin Forerunner 255 music with the Garmin Connect app on my phone.
My software version is 22.24.

Whenever I'm trying to pair, it shows the message "Need Wireless v28.27"

Screenshots of Garmin Express and the watch are att herewith. Kindy help

My FR255 Music has 22.24, and it lists WiFi as version 28.27. It also lists ANT/BLE/BT as 28.27. What does it say on yours?

It is 28.19

No, I think you have to ask Garmin support about that,

Have you tried to reinstall software

Go to settings , about, Press light 8 times , select reinstall software.

Maybe you get lucky
