I am on a Garmin Coach Run Plan and want to move my run day to a different day to suit my work. I tried dragging and dropping the run on my macbook but it doesn't work. Does anyone know how else i might change my runs to suit on a regular basis?

Hi there! You can edit your training days on the watch, the Connect app, or the Connect web by editing your preferences. You cannot drag and drop workouts from your calendar screen. Here are the steps for each option:
Watch: Find the Garmin Coach Glance on the device by scrolling down through your glance list. If it's not already added as a glance, just scroll through the glances and find "Edit" > Add and locate Garmin Coach. Back out of the screen and access that glance, then scroll down through your upcoming workouts and select Settings > Training Days. Check or uncheck the days you need to edit. You can back out of the screen and edit your long run days if you need as well.
Connect App: Select More > Training & Planning > Garmin Coach Plans > select your plan at the top > select the 3 dots in the upper right > Edit Preferences > Training Days or Long Run Days.
Connect Web: Select Training & Planning on the left side of the screen > Garmin Coach Plans > Select your plan > Scroll down and select "Edit", which is next to your Preferences.
