Performance Condition after the run

Hi, I turned "ON" the "Performance Condition" feature, and today after approx 2 km of run, the message +4 appeared on the screen. After this message, no others Performance Condition updates during the run. How can I check the Performance Condition on my Garmin FR255 just after the run? I wasn't able to find the way. The handbook doesn't help.

Thanks!

  • You can see a graph of performance condition on the activity charts

I think you can also set a data field with it on the activity screens

  • Is the graph visible on the watch? Because I checked and I get some graphs as RUNNING POWER, HEART RATE, and other data but no graph of performance condition.

  • I don't think so , look in the app or the website.

  • On the web, yes (Garmin Connect) but unfortunately not on the watch!

    Thanks

  • RUNNING POWER, HEART RATE, and other data

All these metrics are direct data, and you can adjust their values if necessary to reach the estimated training effect. A Performance Condition, in opposition to this is a state describing your form, you can't change anything here. Logically, you don't need this metric directly on your watch, IMHO.

  • You will see Running Power and Heart Rate graphs appearing on the watch at the end of the run. What do you mean as "you can adjust their values" ?

Altough you can't change anything on Perfomance condition, you have Performance Condition graph on the app, so I wonder why not also on the watch if available on the watch.

  • Many graphs aren't on the watch , like ground contact time , ground contact time balance, vertical oscillation, stamina, etc etc. I guess for the sake of space etc they focussed on the key metrics.HR ,Power and Pace. These are drivers of workouts etc and main metrics.

Send an Idea to them . They have a form for that.

  • Understood, but really not a big concern! I will check the performance condition graph on the app.

However, thank you for your suggestion but better if we do it simple and take as it is!
