I tried the garmin coach program (10 weeks running) to get fit for my first big event. The plan was good (sometimes a little bit conservative), but now - one week before - the plan escalate totally. the plan will schedule 2 (!!!) sprint and tempo runs into this week. The last tempo run 1 day before the race! I am confused, this cannot be right.
Have any of you ever had such abnormalities? Have I done something wrong?
