Since about 3 weeks, my komoot navigation on my watch suddenly crashes in the middle of a tour.
After a few km, I get an IQ! showing in my screen and can do nothing but stop the activity and then resume the full activity. Even then, it often happens again.
I had also downloaded a watchface via the Garmin Connect IQ app and then when I scroll through my watch I get to see this IQ! too when I want to return to my watchface screen.
The day before yesterday I updated my garmin, but unfortunately it stopped again yesterday in the middle of a walking tour and after restarting the tour via Komoot on my watch it happened again shortly after.
Before these 3 weeks it never bothered me and then it ran without any problems.
I read that Garmin is aware of this problem but don't know what to do about it at the moment.
Does anyone have the golden tip for this?
In the meantime, I have already uninstalled the komoot app from my watch, removed the links between komoot and garmin. Uninstalled the garmin connect IQ and deleted my regular komoot app on my iPhone and put everything back on again and installed it and restarted my Garmin completely. I haven't tried a new tour since I did that, so I don't know if it's a permanent solution.
