Mine is the very same. Have tried everything suggested numerous times. Blue triangle will not leave. Rang Garmin help desk and they asked me to send on a video of what I was doing. I did this, they reviewed it, had no answer as to what to do next and said it had to be decided what to do next by their repair technicians. I’m awaiting an update
I'm running into this as well. I've raised a support ticket and uploaded a video of me performing a factory reset (which doesn't fix the problem), and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. A silver lining is that I'm able to get Garmin Express on my computer to detect the watch so I'm hoping they can fix this issue with a firmware update. I'm a loyal Garmin customer and even recommend their watches to everyone I know but this experience has really shook my confidence in their products.
