Forerunner 255 crashes

Today the watch totaly crashed by starting a run.

Hard reset does not work, i see only the triangel.

We are aware of the disruption of devices displaying a blue triangle when starting a GPS activity. Holding the power button until the unit powers off may or may not restore functionality temporarily…

Yep, bricked Forerunner 255. I started a walk and flashing triangle. A soft reset does nothing.

I'm not using beta firmware; had an update about a week ago.

Additionally the Connect app on my phone…

Does anyone know if this is still an issue. Watch died and after plugging into a power source, the watch got stuck in the blue triangle death loop.

When I try do the hard reset, I get the beeps and the cog/wheel to begin resetting. The bar moves about 80% of the way across and then crashes back to the blue triangle boot loop. Has this happened anyone else/is there anything else I can try? I rang Garmin support earlier and had to send them a video of this happening. No reply from them yet.

Same here!

I can start the hard reset procedure, the cogwheel shows up and the progress bar completes and then Bootloop again.

I can start the hard reset procedure. the cogwheel shows up and the progress bar completes. After that the triangle and the bootloop starts again. I still can connect to Garmin Express by holdig the Start/Stop button, but this does not change anything.
