Downloading watch faces on Garmin Forerunner 255

When I want to download new watch faces on my Garmin Forerunner 255 it says I first have to register it on Garmin Express. After connecting my watch via the USB cable to my PC and want to add my Forerunner 255 to Garmin Express it don't except it. Please help

You can also use the mobile phone app connect iq. It's easy

Hi Kozzie, This is my third forerunner and I'm quite familiar with Garmin Connect and Connect IQ. I don't have any problems doing that with my Forerunner 735 XT and Forerunner 255 S (I got the standard Forerunner 255 because the 255 S's screen in to smal).
