distance anomaly

I use forerunner 255, past two months, its showing distance wrongly, which affects my walking pace. what is the use of getting such a watch with a premium. have raised the issue with garmin support but of no use. Tried all suggestions, nothing working. Garmin has let me down.

Have you obviously checked in the system settings that the "data recording" option is set to "every second" instead of smart?

Yes I did the 3D thing off also. I also use all plus Multiband , I agree with you
