My Forerunner 255s is not recognising MP3 files anymore.

I haven't changed my process at all, I am dragging Mp3 files from my laptop in to my Forerunners Podcast folder, like I have always done. It looks like the transfer is successful, no errors, everything looks fine, but then when I disconnect my watch and go to my Podcast folder to start playing the file, it says "No Podcasts Available". I've tried saving the files in my Songs folder instead, but similar thing happens, "No Songs Available". What has changed? I have made sure my watch is up to date with latest software...nothing has changed on my laptop.

Please help.

Which software version are you using? Maybe revert back to an older software version to get it working again. I'm still running an older version: 20.31 and turned off auto software update on the watch to avoid this from happening. The only thing that would make me update my watch would be Training Readiness (that probably will never be added to the 255 Music).
