Could I use Polar H6 with FR255?

I got old Polar H6 HRM. I can pair it with BT but can't use. It change status from connected to disconnected every five seconds. Even when connected it don't show heart rate.

Could I make it work or it too old? If I ask "about" it shows only spaces, except battery 255% load.

Is your belt contact surface wet enough? Once connected, it will be used every time you start an activity or HR widget. Switch off dynamic source switching for hr reading.

Sorry to read you have issues with your H6 connecting it with the FR255.

I use a newer H9 with my 255 Music (running software version: 20.31) which works fine as long as I:

- have a good working battery in the H9

- make sure the Polar HRM has an up to date software version installed (you can use either one of the Polar apps for that

- disconnect the H9 via watch every time after use

- unplug the H9 from the belt to avoid serious draining of the battery (this I didn't knew at first and I was replacing batteries on a weekly basis
