Hey folks,
Can somebody tell me under which exact pre-conditions during an activity the running lactate threshold is determined?
I had some additional outdoor running activities (with various intensity e.g.VO2 max) since the last shown measurement on 19th of December (running three times a week actually) and I am wearing a Garmin chest strap all the time?
For example, today I had a suggested VO2max session with 74% of my HR in zones 4 and 5 but there is no updated measurement on the lactate threshold for quite a while?
