Hi Lewis! You can still find the Stress Alert setting by adding Stress as a glance, opening the Stress glance and long-holding the middle left button. Select Stress Options and then Stress Alerts.
thanks very much!
Is this an intentional change to the menu structure? The user manual still lists stress and rest alerts under health and wellness settings.
I see that 'Rest Alerts' is also missing, which can be accessed through the body battery glance settings, similar to what you described. It's not very intuitive though and I hope it will be added back to the normal H&W settings menu.
The Rest Alerts setting is still within the Health and Wellness settings, but we are looking into the Stress Alert setting and will edit the manual if necessary. For now we are waiting on confirmation regarding the change.
I'm on 21.20 and only have Move Alert and Goal Alert listed under H&W settings for Alerts. To get to Rest Alerts I have to follow the route via the Body Battery glance, which a user might not have in their list. It would be nice to be able to access it from both places, H&W settings and BB glance.
do a backup and then a reset to default, in my unit only dissapeared stress alerts
Perhaps it's due to me having the 20.19 beta installed previously. It's a bit frustrating that a common answer is to restart or reset the watch.
All,
This has been fixed in software version 22.22.
Since last system update the respiration data are completely different (higher values, higher volatility)
