I am a bit confused about the recovery time: it says that I should not run but the garmin coach suggest a training day.
And also the other way round is quite common.
So which should I listen to?

Thank you guys however there still is somethig I don't understand: if it says there is a consistent recovery time why does it suggest threshold interval training which in short means go to full speed?

A little addition to what I said is that .... whatever logic it follows, it works. I have had 47 VO2 max for all of my life and now it is 48. Not sure about what it means but I thin it is a good thing
