Firmware 21.20 issue turn off

After updated the watch till firmware 21.20 if i do soft reset, turn off the watch, its doesnt turn on again, the only way is connecting it to the pc,

    I'm very sorry to read this, @Lewis. Does your watch seem to charge when it's plugged into your PC (it would show a charge percentage)? If not, please clean the charging contacts with rubbing alcohol. If you see any corrosion on the watch's charging port, please clean it with a soft bristled toothbrush. Take a look at the end of your cable as well- if any of the pins are stuck down then we'd recommend trying another charging if possible. 

    If the watch is charging when it's plugged in but turns off after you unplug, or cleaning the charging contacts did not help, please contact Garmin Product Support directly.

    Thanks for your message 

    The issues was that after 21.20 the watch doesn't turn on unless I connect to the cable, the cable is fine so I needed to do a reset to defaults in the watch and now is working again
