- A few weeks ago my wife took over my old 245 which I haven't used for a year or so and now her activities shows up in my account. I'm pretty sure I deleted the 245 from my account, and I can't see it anywhere in Garmin Connect. What have I missed?
It's been reset and it's not in my Bluetooth settings. I had 6 or 7 pairings of my 255 though, for some reason. I unpaired all of them and repaired. We'll see if that changes anything.
In the meantime, more ideas are appreciated!
Are you sure you are signed in to the correct connect account?
I would sign in and out of the connect account also to be sure.
I have logged in and out of both accounts several times and in my account I see both of our activities and in hers only hers.
However, her run today didn't appear in my account. Maybe all the unpairing did the trick. We'll see on Saturday when her next run is scheduled.
It looks like globoos was right! In Garmin Express the watch was associated to my mail address. I changed that and the problem seems to have disappeared.
